The Code of Ethics

The purpose of creating the Code of Ethics is to determine the ethical behaviour and the norms of actions corresponding to the values of

Sport Track Kft. (registered office: 1138 Budapest, Tomori utca 32. 4. em. 2. ajtó, company registration number: 01-09-378065, tax number: 28974893-2-41, EU tax number: HU28974893) (hereinafter: “The Company”)

which are considered to be of particular importance during the operation of the Company by its business partners and the Beamline application (hereinafter: “The Application”) and provide guidance to our partners and users about ethical behaviour.

Scope of the Code of Ethics

Business partners and users (hereinafter: “The Partners”) mean the Users of the App, the Company's suppliers, service providers, customers, transaction partners, consultants and all other contractual partners.

This Code of Ethics contains standards relevant to our Partners, which are particularly important in our business relations and which we expect from our Partners to comply with both in business relations with the Company and in the use of the App, in particular, but not exclusively the communication between the users of the Application.

Ethical values

It is expected from the Partners of the Company to adhere to the ethical values of respect for law, responsibility, honesty, fairness and respect of others.

Respect for the letter and spirit of legislation, full enforcement of business integrity, and that personal and business affairs are always carried out in accordance with legal requirements.

Human rights

The Company supports and respects the protection of internationally expressed human rights. Accordingly, we expect our partners to respect the human rights set out in relevant international conventions, laws and regulations. The Company condemns child and slave labour and all forms of exploitation of children and minorities and does not accept such activities from any of its partners.

Avoidance of discrimination

The following are the basic principles of our Company's ethical values, and we expect our Partners to comply with them:

According to the values of our company, everyone has the right to equal, polite and respectful treatment. The personal dignity and conviction of others must be respected. The Company condemns all racial or ethnic origin, colour, religion or world view, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, sex, gender identity or expression thereof, nationality, marital status, pregnancy, childbirth or related to discrimination depending on health status, genetic property, military service, health status or other characteristics protected by applicable legislation. Exceptions are positive discrimination regulated by law.

Communications

The Partners of the Company are expected to communicate with each other and with the Company on the basis of mutual respect, both in oral and written communication.

Avoiding harassment

The Company strictly prohibits and condemns any form of violence, intimidation or harassment; Company Partners may not, against the Company and when using the App, engage in behaviour that others may find offensive, intimidating, humiliating, malicious or offensive.

Information security, confidentiality, intellectual property

The success of the Company depends on the observance of confidential business information and intellectual property rights. This applies in particular to know-how, registered and unregistered industrial property rights and copyright. The Company's Partners are obliged to keep all business or other secrets confidential in accordance with applicable confidentiality agreements and legal regulations. Partners shall take appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality, completeness and accessibility of secrets to rightsholders. Partners must respect the fact that the Company's valuable, confidential business data are the property of the company and, in some cases, they are under the protection of intellectual property.

Protection of personal data

The Partners of the Company must respect the privacy of others and comply with the laws relating to the protection of personal data; they must collect and process only the necessary personal data; and, according to the law, provide appropriate and suitable information to the persons concerned. This applies with particular care to health and biometric data measured by wearable devices connected to the Application (such as a connected WHOOP account), which Partners must treat as a special category of personal data and never access, share or disclose beyond what the Application's Privacy Notice and the relevant User's own permissions allow.

The requirement of business integrity, the prohibition of unfair competition

Honest, fair behaviour with Partners, mutual trust and respect are the basis for a successful and lasting business relationship.

The Company does not abuse its market position and is committed to creating equal opportunities for all its Participants and to abide by the agreements it has concluded.

The Company establishes or maintains relations only with Partners who operate in accordance with the rules of business integrity, who act in good faith and honesty in the course of their activities, comply with the relevant laws of the respective country, and use only the means permitted by law.

Compliance with the applicable sports ethics and sports professional rules

The Company expects the users of the App to comply fully with the sports professional and sports rules applicable to the user, established by national and international sports associations and various sports committees. The Company considers the rules published by the British Gymnastics Association (the British Gymnastics) as minimum standards corresponding to its values and therefore expects users to conduct at least those rules in relation to the use of the App. These rules are currently available at the following link:
